After doing further extensive research on Youtube for similar ideas, I have had further success! I found 2 more videos similar to my idea I wish to follow. These are;
- 100 people of Dance
- Where the Hell is Matt 2012
These videos apply rather well to my idea as the background, is constantly flickering between scenes, the actions never change and there is always that one star image.
What I particularily like is how well the frame transitions are and the unity between the people on screen. I propose to possibly have people doing things in the back of my shots to give it added effect as seen in both of these videos. What helps me is how viewed these two pieces are. And given they have music overplaying this is key to helping me plan my piece.
What I wont be able to achieve is the locations these guys have, simply because of our budget and time differences. However I will look to get good locations/shots in select areas (picked by audience) in my own country to make it more visually noticeable.
